Through our Thrive service, we provide flexible care for children and young people with Autism, learning disabilities, and complex health needs. Support can be delivered at home, in the community, or through planned respite, always tailored to the child and family’s unique circumstances.

Continuity is central to Thrive – we build small, consistent care teams that can grow with each child into adulthood. This removes the stress of starting over with new carers and ensures families feel supported every step of the way.
