As our service continues to grow, we’re seeking compassionate and dedicated Carers and Support Workers to join our Community Rounds Team. You’ll work a consistent 12-hour shift pattern from 8am to 8pm, providing essential care and support—primarily to elderly clients. Shifts are available starting from locations in town, the west, and the east of the Island.
What we offer:
- Paid travel time between visits (For example, if your shift includes 9 hours of client contact time, you will be paid for the full 12 hours to cover travel and break periods.)
- Pre-made shift pattern published 12 months in advance
- Every other weekend off

Qualifications/Experience (preferred but not essential):
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an adult social care environment
- RQF Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- RQF Level 3 Medication Unit
- Driving License and vehicle owner
