We’re looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our growing Additional Needs team. You’ll support clients with learning disabilities, autism, and other social and emotional mental health needs in a rolling shift pattern, including sleep‑ins, 24‑hour shifts, and days. You’ll work with regular clients and a rota set months in advance, offering consistency and work–life balance.

Qualifications/Experience (preferred but not essential):
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an adult social care environment
- RQF Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- RQF Level 3 Medication Unit
- Driving License and vehicle owner
