Thrive – Our Children’s Service

At Island Home Care, we believe every child deserves to thrive, not just survive. That’s why we’ve created Thrive, a flexible and forward-thinking support service for children and young people in Jersey with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and physical health conditions.

Thrive offers high-quality, reliable care built around the individual – delivered in their own home, through community-based outreach, or as part of planned respite. We understand how important continuity is for children and families, which is why our integrated team can support children right through into adulthood, removing the stress of starting over with new faces or services.

Our approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and rooted in strong professional partnerships. Whether you’re a parent, carer, or professional, we’re here to listen and to tailor the right support – at the right time – for every child.
