Sophie brings a wealth of nursing and care experience to her role as Care Coordinator, having worked in a variety of healthcare settings across multiple countries. Originally from Jersey, she trained as a Registered General Nurse in the Netherlands and has since provided care in hospitals, community settings, care homes, and schools. Her strong clinical background enables her to assess complex care needs, advise and guide staff, and ensure the highest standards of person-centred care.

Beyond her clinical expertise, Sophie’s experience as a teaching assistant has strengthened her ability to provide guidance, encouragement, and individualised support - skills that translate seamlessly into supervising care staff. Using her extensive experience in both health and social care, she takes a well-rounded approach to her role, ensuring that every client’s needs are met. Passionate about making a meaningful difference, she is dedicated to going the extra mile to enhance the lives of those she supports.

Sophie is fluent in both English and Dutch and has lived and worked in the Netherlands, Vietnam, and Portugal. Now back in Jersey, she is happy to have returned to her roots, embracing island life with her family and their menagerie of animals. In her free time, she enjoys painting, growing her own food, and spending time in nature, particularly by the ocean.
