With a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Sussex and a background in pharmacy, Sean has a strong foundation in both medical knowledge and organisational management.
Throughout his education and career, Sean has developed a keen interest in the delivery and understanding of effective and meaningful healthcare. Sean’s commitment to helping others is highlighted by his previous experience, working as a Healthcare Assistant at Jersey General Hospital and volunteering at the Jersey Hospice In-Patient Unit, which deepened his understanding of patient needs.
In his role as a pharmacy manager, Sean honed critical skills in conflict resolution, effective communication, and managing complex tasks with precision. Sean’s experiences in both direct patient care and pharmacy management allow him to skillfully oversee our care teams while keeping staff and client wellbeing at the heart of his work.
Outside of work, Sean has a passion for music, playing bass in his spare time, and enjoys volunteering as a medic for Grouville F.C. Although born and raised in Jersey, he cherishes spending time in Ireland with his family and enjoys exploring new destinations. He particularly loved the natural beauty of Canada during his travels.
With his extensive healthcare knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine care for others, Sean is a deeply dedicated Care Manager who approaches his work with empathy and professionalism.
