Sarah spent her early years living in various places before settling in Jersey in 1997 - unexpectedly making it her long-term home. Sarah has gained a background in auxiliary nursing, private childcare, fostering, and nearly a decade in community care, making her incredibly skilled in both hands-on support and care management. She is most passionate about enabling individuals to receive care in the comfort of their own homes and is a strong advocate for keeping families connected.

Sarah’s previous senior role in care equipped her with invaluable management experience, including staff training, care assessments, medication management, and working closely with multi-agency teams. Her ability to coordinate client care and manage staff teams makes her exceptionally well-suited to her position. Sarah also holds Level 3 qualifications in Family and Community Care and Adult Care, which have strengthened her expertise.

Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time with her daughter and the children she has raised over the years. A lover of the arts, she enjoys music, singing, and the theatre. She also finds joy in gardening, relaxing with a coffee in the company of her cats, and listening to Radio 4 and podcasts. Sarah has also loved travelling the world, with her favourite destinations being New Zealand and Guatemala.
