Sam has always had a passion for building meaningful connections and learning from diverse experiences. Her kind nature shines through in her experience as a teaching assistant in both SEN and mainstream schools, forming strong, trusting bonds with students while supporting their learning and development. Sam found her calling in her subsequent roles as a support worker, providing compassionate care to adults and children with a range of disabilities. Her experience as an activities coordinator allowed her to design individualised activities that enriched her clients' well-being, highlighting her dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of those she supports.

Outside of work, Sam’s life is just as full. She’s a devoted tap dancer, having pursued this passion since childhood, and enjoys an active lifestyle with walking and gym workouts. An adventurous spirit, Sam has completed three parachute jumps! At home, she’s the proud owner of her cat, Figlet, and loves spending time with her family, often cheering on her husband and sons as they compete in motorbike racing across various countries.
