Ruzena, originally from the Czech Republic, moved to Jersey 25 years ago and has built her career around people-focused roles. Known for her friendly and reliable approach, she finds joy in offering companionship and support that helps clients feel more comfortable and confident in their daily lives.

 

Her extensive experience in customer service has equipped her with a wealth of patience, attentiveness, and the ability to understand and respond to the unique needs of each person - essential skills for providing compassionate, person-centred care. Her time as an au pair further nurtured her caring nature, helping her quickly build trust and positive relationships with her clients.

 

Outside of work, Ruzena treasures family time and stays active through outdoor activities and pilates. She also enjoys cooking, baking, and exploring France in the summer. Ruzena looks forward to continuing her journey of making a positive impact in her role.
