Michele arrived in Jersey in the 1980s alongside her identical twin sister—also a proud member of the IHC team. Frequently mistaken for one another, the duo shares a deep love for cliff path walks, sea swimming, and soaking in Jersey’s stunning scenery. A quiet moment with her Kindle (biographies preferred) is her ideal downtime.
Originally from Greater Manchester, Michele brings over 35 years of dedication to the care industry. Since 2010, she has held senior roles across care homes and agencies, earning a reputation for leadership grounded in empathy, professionalism, and hands-on experience.
Her true passion lies in working with older adults—especially those living with dementia. She brings vast knowledge in palliative care and is currently expanding her skills to support individuals with neurodivergence through her work at IHC.
Michele is also known for her soft spot for black cats, who somehow always find their way to her—earning her the unofficial title of “future cat lady” in retirement.
When she’s not at work or out on the cliffs, Michele cherishes time with her grandchild and family, always making room for them in her busy, rewarding life.
