With over 30 years of experience in health and social care, Mandy brings exceptional knowledge and dedication to her role on the Additional Needs team. Her background spans elderly care, mental health, and neurodiversity. Mandy has particular expertise in supporting individuals with complex needs, including those who experience significant challenges, empowering them to navigate daily life with confidence and support. 

 

Before joining Island Home Care, Mandy spent 18 years as a Senior HCA within Health and Community Services, where she provided compassionate, hands-on support across a wide range of care settings. She excels in fostering strong, trusting relationships and takes a thoughtful, person-centred approach to helping each client maintain their independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.

 

Outside of work, Mandy enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, reading, and keeping active by running outdoors. She’s also a devoted dog owner and loves taking her dogs on long countryside walks around Jersey.
