Elizabeth has been caring for others since she was 16, and her passion for supporting people has only grown stronger over the years. She brings warmth, experience, and a deeply personal touch to every client she supports.

Originally from the UK, Elizabeth spent time in Scotland before moving to France, where she lived for many years and worked in both healthcare and education, including schools and hospital settings supporting people with a wide range of disabilities. For the past four years, she’s been based in Jersey, continuing her work in live-in care and embracing the island’s beautiful beaches, friendly people, and peaceful way of life.

Fluent in both English and French, Elizabeth’s career has taken her through many areas of care, from mental health and disability support to elderly care and dementia. She’s worked in hospitals, visited clients across rural France as a healthcare visitor, and now provides one-to-one care in the comfort of people’s homes. Her approach is shaped by personal experience, and after losing her father to dementia, she treats every client with the same respect, kindness, and dignity she would want for her own family.

Elizabeth believes it’s incredibly important for elderly individuals to remain in their own homes for as long as they wish. She understands how familiar surroundings and a sense of safety can help clients feel more at ease. Especially when supporting those with dementia, she cherishes those fleeting moments of clarity, when someone recognises a loved one or remembers who they are. These moments, however brief, are deeply meaningful.

Outside of work, Elizabeth is a passionate traveller and art lover. She’s explored France, Germany, Italy, and Spain, and never misses a chance to visit local galleries or exhibitions. She also enjoys going to the gym or walking around the reservoir, and has always had a deep love for animals, especially cats and dogs.
