Emily is passionate about delivering high-quality care in the community, ensuring kindness remains at the heart of everything she does. She has specialised in supporting elderly clients and individuals with learning disabilities, and developed key skills as a Community Manager — overseeing care plans, conducting risk assessments, managing staff teams, and liaising with families and professionals. These experiences underpin her leadership role as Deputy Manager.

Before moving into the care sector, Emily built a strong foundation in finance through years in banking and bookkeeping. Her experience in financial administration sharpened her attention to detail, strengthened her organisational skills, and enhanced her understanding of compliance and accountability. These qualities now play a vital role in her ability to manage operations, support her team, and maintain the smooth running of services.
Emily also brings advanced safeguarding knowledge to her role, applying her training and hands-on experience as a Safeguarding Lead to handle complex situations with confidence and sensitivity.

Born and raised in Jersey, Emily has also lived in Dublin and Spain. She especially loves Jersey’s beautiful beaches and close-knit community. In her spare time, she enjoys paddleboarding, swimming, and walking on the beach with her dog, Bubbles, who shares her love for the water. Emily and her family often collect sea glass and pottery during their walks and enjoy relaxing with a good movie.
