Born and raised in Jersey, Callum spent his early years on a dairy farm before gaining experience in the construction industry, working with both structural engineers and architects.

 

After traveling through Southeast Asia, visiting Bali, Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore, he returned to Jersey in 2019 and chose to pursue a career in social care.

 

Prior to joining Island Home Care he was a support worker at another Jersey care provider for several years. He initially worked at Island Home car as a support worker, before being promoted to a senior support worker. He is now a care coordinator.

 

Callum has a friendly personality, a strong work ethic and great organizational skills.  He enjoys working with clients with a wide range of additional needs. He values teamwork and maintaining a positive care environment, ensuring both clients and staff receive the support that they need and reach their potential. His practical approach to problem-solving and ability to build strong relationships make him an asset to our team.

 

Outside of work, Callum enjoys an active lifestyle, with a passion for golf, football, sea swimming, and rock jumping.
