Born and raised in Jersey, Alison brings warmth, experience, and dedication to everything she does. After receiving care and support herself, she felt inspired to give something back, and that motivation continues to shape the compassionate way she works with others.

Alison has supported people in the community with learning difficulties, autism, and dementia, as well as individuals with a variety of other needs. She holds her Care Certificate and has completed a wide range of training, always striving to offer thoughtful, person-centered care. She’s known for her approachable nature and the trust she builds with those she supports.

Outside of work, Alison enjoys cooking, gardening, and walking. She’s travelled to Australia and Canada to visit her son during his adventures, and she loves sunny holidays, especially when she can swim in Jersey’s beautiful beaches. Time with family is especially important to her, and she treasures every moment spent together.
