Training Manager – Office Team

We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our established training team and support the development and delivery of high-quality learning for our staff. Working alongside our existing Training Manager, you will deliver mandatory and specialist training including dementia, catheter and continence care, and help shape and strengthen our in-house training programme as we continue to grow.

The ideal candidate will hold relevant trainer qualifications and have a strong background in health and social care training. The ability to deliver, or implement, RQF Level 3 Medication training is desirable. The role also includes supporting staff onboarding, auditing, and some administrative duties related to training, as well as acting as a welcoming point of contact for visitors to our offices.
