We are seeking a motivated Training Coordinator to support our established Training Manager and contribute to the delivery of high-quality learning for our staff. You will assist with the organisation and delivery of mandatory and specialist training, including areas such as dementia, catheter and continence care, and help maintain and develop our in-house training programme as the organisation grows.
The ideal candidate will have experience in health and social care, a keen interest in learning and development, and a willingness to work towards relevant trainer qualifications. You will also support staff onboarding, contribute to auditing activity, undertake training-related administrative tasks, and act as a welcoming point of contact for visitors to our offices.
